As we head deeper into 2026 and near the end of the recent restructure, we have a busy schedule ahead with a strong program of work and a number of priorities across the organisation. It's a good moment for us to pause briefly and make sure the way we're working together is as effective and streamlined as it can be.

To support this, we've engaged Opposite — an organisational psychology and human-centred design consultancy — to work with us over a short period. They specialise in helping teams clarify priorities, strengthen collaboration, and embed practical ways of working that protect quality and momentum.

The focus is simple: optimise how we currently operate and set ourselves up for a strong, aligned year.
